Shipping Policy – Bléu Amøur

    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

  2. Shipping Times
    Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
    Europe: 5–10 business days
    International: 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the courier and destination.

  1. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  2. Order Tracking
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

  3. Delays
    Bléu Amøur is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  4. Incorrect Address
    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  5. Lost or Stolen Packages
    Bléu Amøur is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier. Any claims must be made directly with the courier service.

  6. Customs and Import Fees
    For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer
