General Policy
At Bléu Amøur, we do not offer refunds. However, we may offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below. -
Eligibility for Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if the following conditions are met:
The request is made within 7 days of delivery
The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging are intact
Proof of purchase is provided -
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if these conditions are not met.

Exchange Process
To request an exchange, you must contact us at bleu-amour@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item. -
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Exchange Options
Exchanges are limited to:
A different size of the same product
A replacement of the same item if available -
We do not guarantee stock availability for exchanges.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost. -
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges on:
Items marked as final sale
Worn or used items
Items returned without original packaging or tags -
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, exchanges will be processed within 5–10 business days. -
Agreement to Policy
By purchasing from Bléu Amøur, you agree to this Exchange Policy in full. -
